2. Shipping Charges

We offer affordable shipping rates to ensure a budget-friendly shopping experience.

Standard Delivery: Rs. 200
Express Delivery: Rs. 350

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed before 5 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment status.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for the convenience of our customers across Pakistan.

Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
The courier will not be able to provide change for COD orders.
COD is only available for orders below Rs. 15,000. For higher-value orders, advance payment via bank transfer is required.

11. Unavailable at the Time of Delivery

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will make two additional attempts. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
